  • SHIPPING TIME IS GENERALLY 7 DAYS, BUT CAN VARY DEPENDING ON DIFFERENT FACTORS (F.E. NATIONAL HOLIDAYS).
  • IF ON RARE OCCASION AN UNAVOIDABLE DELAY OCCURS DURING THE PRODUCTION OF YOUR DOLL, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA E-MAIL.
  • WE WILL PROVIDE YOU REGULARLY BY E-MAIL WITH THE SHIPPING STATUS.
  • CUSTOM AGENTS MAY OPEN YOUR DOLL’S BOX FOR INSPECTION DURING TRANSPORT.
  • YOUR DOLL WILL BE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO YOUR DOORSTEP IN A LARGE, UNMARKED BOX VIA UPS OR FEDEX.
  • A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY.

DUE TO IMPORT LAWS WE DO NOT SHIP TO ISLAMIC COUNTRIES, MEXICO, INDIA, INDONESIA, MALAYSIA, AFRICA, BRAZIL AND NORWAY. WE ALSO DON’T IMPORT DOLLS UNDER 140CM TO NETHERLANDS AND UK.
